New Issue: Citigroup sells $130,000 enhanced barrier digital plus notes on index basket

Chicago, May 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $130,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Oct. 29, 2026 linked to the an equally weight basket comprised of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Nikkei 225 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the basket is greater than the 80% final barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the basket return and 19%.

If the basket falls by more than 20%, the payout will be par plus the return of the basket with full exposure to losses.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
