New Issue: Citigroup prices $41,000 autocallable barrier securities on S&P, Russell, Nasdaq
Chicago, May 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $41,000 of 0% autocallable barrier securities due Oct. 29, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 30% if each index closes at or above its initial level on Oct. 28, 2024.
If the final level of each index return is positive or flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. The payout will be par if the final level of each index is less than its initial level but greater than or equal to the barrier level, 75% of the initial level. If any index finishes below the barrier level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index.
