New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.34 million market-linked notes on index basket

Buffalo, N.Y., May 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.34 million of 0% market-linked notes due April 17, 2028 linked to a weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 30% weight and the Russell 2000 index with a 20% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
