Columbus, Ohio, May 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $32.89 million of 0% index-linked notes due Aug. 7, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 23.01%.
Otherwise, investors will have full exposure to any index loss.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
