New Issue: Citigroup sells $3.47 million PLUS notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., April 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.47 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 3, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple the index return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 16.4%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a selected dealer.
