Buffalo, N.Y., April 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 5.4% autocallable equity-linked securities due April 9, 2026 tied to an equally-weighted basket consisting of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Interest is payable semiannually.
The securities will be automatically called at par plus the fixed coupon if the basket closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual valuation date after one year.
If the securities have not been called and the basket finishes at or above its 80% trigger level, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the basket below 20%.
