Buffalo, N.Y., April 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.6 million of 0% buffer securities due April 13, 2028 linked to a weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with an 80% weight and the MSCI EAFE index with a 20% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.12 times any positive return of the basket.
If the basket falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to declines in the basket below 20%.
