Los Angeles, Feb. 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $8.4 million of securities due March 14, 2023 linked to the S&P GSCI Light Energy Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is SOFR, subject to a minimum rate of zero. The rate is compounded daily, and interest is payable at maturity.
The payout at maturity or upon redemption will be par plus triple the return of the index, which will be determined after deducting a 0.15% annual fee. The notes are not principal protected.
The notes are putable at any time, subject to a minimum redemption amount of $8.4 million. The notes will be automatically called if the index’s closing level falls to or below 85% of the initial index level.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
