New Issue: Citi sells $2.05 million 5% autocallable equity-linked securities on S&P 500

Chicago, Jan. 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.05 million of 5% autocallable equity-linked securities due June 23, 2023 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be automatically called at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any monthly observation date after three months.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its 65% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, the investors will be exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
