Chicago, Dec. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% autocallable securities due April 4, 2024 linked to the lowest performing of the stocks of Apple Inc., UnitedHealth Group Inc. and Qualcomm Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized call premium of 11.9% if each stock closes at or above its call level on any quarterly observation date after six months. Call level starts at the initial level and will decrease by 4% with each subsequent observation date.
If the notes are not called and each stock finishes at or above its 60% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 35.7%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worst performer.
