New Issue: Citi prices $394,000 enhanced barrier digital plus notes linked to Applied Materials

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $394,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Aug. 30, 2022 linked to the common stock of Applied Materials, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to the final barrier value, 80% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the stock return and 9%, subject to a maximum return of 18%.

If the final share price is less than the final barrier value, the payout will be a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price or, at the issuer’s option, an amount in cash equal to the value of those shares.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
