New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.13 million of buffer securities on index basket

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.13 million of 0% buffer securities due June 9, 2027 linked to an equally weighted index basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the basket declines beyond 25%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
