Omaha, Oct. 10 - Citigroup, Inc. priced $3 billion of 5.3% five-year notes Wednesday at Treasuries plus 98 basis points, an informed source said.
The notes (Aa1/AA/AA+) were priced at 99.813 and are non-callable.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the bookrunner.
