Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.14 million of 0% autocallable buffered notes due Sept. 15, 2022 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium if the index closes at or above the initial index level on either of two call dates. The premium is 2.4% for March 14, 2022 and 3.6% for June 13, 2022.
If the notes are not called and the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus a fixed return of 4.8%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1.25% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.
