New Issue: Citigroup sells $14.27 million buffered digital index-linked notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $14.27 million of 0% buffered digital index-linked notes due Sept. 13, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the index gain, capped at par plus 21.4%. Otherwise, investors will have full exposure to the loss.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
