New Issue: Citigroup sells $25.08 million barrier securities on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $25.08 million of 0% barrier securities due Dec. 7, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 17%.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
