Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $14.33 million of 0% buffered digital index-linked notes due Dec. 22, 2022 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 6.78%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
