New Issue: Citigroup sells $371,000 enhanced barrier digital notes on Russell, Nasdaq

Chicago, Aug. 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $371,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Feb. 2, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final level of the lesser-performing index is greater than or equal to its barrier level, 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.5%. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
