New Issue: Citigroup prices $575,000 barrier securities on Coinbase, PayPal

Chicago, July 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $575,000 of 0% barrier securities due June 2, 2026 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Coinbase Global, Inc. and PayPal Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.14 times the return of the worst performing stock if it finishes above its initial value.

If the worst performer finishes flat or declines by up to 40%, the payout will be par.

If the worst performer falls by more than 40%, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of that stock.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
