Citigroup to sell fixed- and floating-rate notes due 2027

Concord, N.H., June 2 – Citigroup Inc. is planning to price a dual-tranche offering of notes due June 9, 2027 in fixed- and floating-rate tranches, according to a market source.

The floaters are talked with a margin over SOFR, and the fixed-rate tranche is talked to yield in the area of 85 basis points over Treasuries.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the bookrunner.

The issuer is a New York-based financial services company.
