Columbus, Ohio, May 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.05 million of 0% market-linked securities – upside participation and contingent downside due May 4, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.01 times any gain in the index.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline from the initial level if the index falls beyond 30%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the agents.
