New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.63 million 6% securities linked to QQQ, S&P ETFs

Columbus, Ohio, April 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.63 million of equity-linked securities due Oct. 15, 2021 tied to the lesser performing of the Invesco QQQ Trust, series 1 and the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes carry a coupon of 6% per year, payable monthly.

If the final share price of each ETF is greater than or equal to 85% of its initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will receive a number of shares of the laggard ETF equal to $1,000 divided by that ETF’s initial share price.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
