Los Angeles, Feb. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.64 million of 0% callable geared buffered securities due Feb. 15, 2023 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B8 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes are callable in whole at par plus a premium of 11.5% on Feb. 28, 2022.
If the notes are not called prior to maturity and the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the index gain.
If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
