New Issue: Citigroup prices $500,000 enhanced barrier digital notes linked to three stocks

New York, Feb. 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Jan. 18, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the lesser-performing stock is greater than or equal to its final barrier level, 65% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 29.5%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing underlying declines from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
