New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.65 million barrier securities linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.65 million of 0% barrier securities due June 26, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any index gain up to a maximum payout of par plus 50.2%. If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
