Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 3 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 0% autocallable securities due Nov. 28, 2025 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 8.1% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call date.
If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return of the index or the maturity date premium of 30%.
If the index falls but not below 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the index.
