New Issue: Citigroup prices $512,000 buffered notes on S&P 500

New York, Nov. 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $512,000 of 0% buffered notes due April 18, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 12%.

Investors will receive par if the final index level declines, but not more than 10%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
