New Issue: Citigroup sells $1 million autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked notes on basket

New York, Nov. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Nov. 7, 2025 linked to an equally weighted basket of indexes and ETFs, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 20% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 20% weight, the Invesco QQQ Trust, series 1 with a 20% weight, the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 20% weight and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 20% weight.

The notes will pay a semiannual contingent coupon at an annual rate of 6.75% if the basket closes above 80% of its initial value on the related valuation date.

The notes will be automatically called early at par plus the coupon if the value of the basket is above its initial level on any semiannual potential autocall date.

The payout at maturity will be par if the final basket value is above 80% of its initial level.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the basket return.
