New Issue: Citigroup prices $3.43 million contingent coupon autocallables on three ETFs

By Kiku Steinfeld

Chicago, Oct. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.43 million of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Oct. 30, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Invesco QQQ trust, series 1, the SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF trust and the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each six months, the notes pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 8% per year if the least-performing ETF closes at or above its coupon barrier value, 70% of its initial share price, on the valuation date for that period.

The notes will be automatically called at par if the least-performing ETF closes at or above its initial price on any biannual call valuation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the least-performing ETF finishes below its final barrier value, 60% of its initial share price, in which case investors will receive a number of shares of the least-performing ETF equal to $1,000 divided by its initial share price or, at the issuer’s option, an amount in cash equal to the value of those shares.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
