New Issue: Citigroup sells $6 million equity-linked securities on Slack, Disney

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $6 million of equity-linked securities due Oct. 20, 2022 tied to the least performing of the shares of Slack Technologies, Inc. and Walt Disney Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes carry a coupon of 10.25% per year, payable monthly.

If the final level of each asset is at least as great as 50% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worst performing underlying stock.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
