New Issue: Citigroup prices $5.69 million buffered digital notes on S&P 500

New York, Aug. 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.69 million of 0% buffered digital notes due June 15, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to its final threshold value of 87.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,130 per $1,000 face amount of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the 12.5% threshold amount.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
