New York, Aug. 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.33 million of 0% geared buffer securities due Feb. 23, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the gain, subject to a maximum return of 23.25%.
If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.176471% for every 1% decline beyond the buffer.
