New Issue: Citi sells $8 million autocallable index-linked notes on S&P

Chicago, Aug. 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $8 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Feb. 9, 2024 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus an 8.15% annualized premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on an annual observation date.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 28.525%.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
