Chicago, Aug. 17 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.22 million of 0% barrier digital plus securities due Aug. 4, 2025 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of index return and 20%.
Otherwise, investors will receive a number of shares equal to the principal divided by the initial share price or the cash equivalent.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
