New Issue: Citigroup prices $570,000 buffer securities on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $570,000 of 0% buffer securities due Aug. 6, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 11.65%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% per 1% drop beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
