New Issue: Citigroup prices $10.95 million enhanced barrier digital notes on Dow, S&P

Chicago, Aug. 3 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $10.95 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital securities due Aug. 1, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the lesser-performing index is greater than or equal to its final barrier level, 80% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 13.75%. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the lesser performing index’s decline from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
