New Issue: Citi sells $1.35 million enhanced barrier digital plus securities on bank stocks

Olympia, Wash., July 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.35 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Jan. 3, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Bank of America Corp., Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of each stock is greater than 65% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 20%.

If any stock falls by more than 35%, the payout will be par plus the return of the worst performing stock with full exposure to losses.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
