Columbus, Ohio, July 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $25 million 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and 1-to-1 downside exposure due July 23, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any index gain, up to par plus 17%.
If the index falls, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline.
