New Issue: Citi sells $5.98 million enhanced buffered digital notes on S&P 500

Los Angeles, May 4 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.98 million of 0% enhanced buffered digital securities due April 22, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index finishes at or above 80% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 20%.
