Citigroup to price upturn securities linked to S&P 500, Dow Jones

Olympia, Wash., April 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% upturn securities due April 25, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the gain of the lesser performing index, capped at par plus 78%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses of the lesser performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on April 22.

The Cusip number is 17328VXR6.
