Columbus, Ohio, March 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% barrier securities due March 21, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 175% of any index gain. If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
