New Issue: Citigroup sells $411,000 buffer securities on S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., March 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $411,000 of 0% buffer securities due Sept. 2, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, capped at par plus 9.75%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10%.

If the index falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.
