Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.04 million of 0% autocallable securities due Feb. 28, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 15.5% a year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call observation date.
If the notes are not called, investors receive par plus 10% if the index falls by up to 40% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index if it falls by more than 40%.
