China’s CIFI to offer guaranteed dollar-denominated senior notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 16 – CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. announced it plans to conduct an international offering of guaranteed dollar-denominated senior fixed-rate notes (B1/B+).

Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, ABC International, Citi, CLSA, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs (Asia), Guotai Junan International and Haitong International will act as bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

CIFI is a property development and investment company based in Shanghai.
