Church & Dwight files automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 24 - Church & Dwight Co. Inc. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock and debt securities.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, acquisitions, repurchases of common stock, capital expenditures and debt repayment.

Church & Dwight is a Princeton, N.J., manufacturer and marketer of personal care, household and specialty products.
