Peninsula Capital reports 5.1% passive stake in Popeyes Chicken

Philadelphia, Nov. 13 - Peninsula Capital Management, LP reported an investment of 5.1% in AFC Enterprises Inc. as of Oct. 29, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The holdings represent a passive stake of 1,285,701 shares.

AFC is an Atlanta-based franchisor and operator of Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits restaurants.
