Moody’s: China Three Gorges unaffected by acquisition
Moody's Investors Service said that China Three Gorges Corp.’s (Aa3 negative) acquisition of Duke Energy International Brazil Holdings Sarl (unrated) will not immediately affect China Three Gorges’ Aa3 issuer rating or baa2 baseline credit assessment.
The outlook remains negative.
