China Suntien Green unit plans RMB 300 million three-year bonds

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 16 – China Suntien Green Energy Corp. Ltd. said subsidiary Hecic New-energy Co., Ltd. plans to issue RMB 300 million of three-year notes at par.

The coupon rate will be determined by the results of bookbuilding, according to a notice.

Proceeds will be used mainly to repay bank borrowings and to optimize the company’s financial structure.

The wind power and natural gas company is based in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China.
