New Issue: China Suntien Green Energy sells RMB 500 million 3.19% one-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 19 – China Suntien Green Energy Corp. Ltd. said subsidiary Hecic New-energy Co., Ltd. issued RMB 500 million of 3.19% one-year debentures on Tuesday.

This is the company’s first tranche of short-term debentures for 2016.

China Development Bank Corp. was the lead underwriter.

Proceeds will be used mainly as additional working capital.

The wind power and natural gas company is based in Shijiazhuang, China.
