China South City plans to offer notes to Asian and European investors

Madison, Wis., Sept. 24 - China South City Holdings Ltd. said it plans to conduct an international offering of notes to certain qualified institutional investors in Asia and Europe.

UBS, HSBC and Merrill Lynch will be the joint lead managers and bookrunners, and UBS will act as global coordinator.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund property development, to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

The terms of the proposed notes have yet to be determined. The company said it will make further announcements.

Based in Hong Kong, China South City develops and operates large-scale, integrated logistics and trade centers in China.
